Join us for the fourth instalment in our policy dialogue series

This session, jointly organized by ITC and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), will showcase findings from studies conducted by ITC and FAO on the fisheries value chains in Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal.
This session will take place in English, with French interpretation available.

During this session, we will discuss:

  • Women’s roles along the fisheries value chains
  • Potential benefits to women participating in the fisheries value chain under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA)
  • Potential challenges to women in this value chain
  • How to increase women’s participation in this value chain
